Here is a workout routine from Ary Nunez, Rihanna trainer, responsible for getting the singer in top shape for her concerts and performances. The workout seen in the video above is one you can do anywhere as it requires no special equipment, no dumbells or machines.
Asked what it was like to work with Rihanna, Ary Nunez said, She’s just like you and me, if she feels she has tons of energy, that’s what she’s going to deliver, and if she feels she needs to rest a little, that’s what she’ll deliver.”
She demonstrates a series of moves for which there are two levels of intensity, one for when you are feeling energetic, and another for when your energy level is not at its peak. These exercise moves will strengthen core muscles as well as help with flexibility. Cranking up the intensity and you’ll get some aerobic benefits as well.

I was glad to find this video. It’s something that I could put to use immediately in my routine. As we know the exercise that’s best is the exercise we’ll do, and especially one that we can perform in the comfort of our home or while on the road traveling, so as not to depend on gyms or on finding safe places to walk, run or racewalk.
